Xito Welfare Trust is an India-based international relief and development charity established in 2015.
Aims and objects of the trust for which it is established are:
To responsibly utilize the properties, income as well as the principal of the Trust fund for Social/ Religious/ Charitable purposes namely, eradication of poverty, education, medical relief, inculcation of good values and any other service that is for the good of the society.
To engage in any lawful activities which may be conducive to the promotion of any or all the objects of the trust as detailed above on a non-profit motive. Providing emergency relief, such as food and medical aid, to victims of conflict and natural disasters.
To establish, promote, maintain, assist, finance and support institutions and undertakings (orphanages, widow homes, schools, old age homes, lunatic, asylums, poor houses etc.) that are intended to help poor, old, infirm and/or destitute individuals.
To open bank accounts with the commercial banks by way of SB account, Current account and Fixed Deposits and borrow funds there from subject to the approval by the Governing Body.To undertake and carry out charitable, educational and socio-economic programs for the welfare and upliftment of people irrespective of caste, community or creed and also to grant scholarship or donations for the said purposes.
To open bank accounts with the commercial banks by way of SB account, Current account and Fixed Deposits and borrow funds there from subject to the approval by the Governing Body.
To enter into agreement with local bodies and organizations, the State and Central Governments, Non Governments Organizations and international agencies and act as agents.
To establish, manage, grant scholarships, free-ships, loan scholarships or concessions in the matter of books, equipment’s etc., to deserving candidates of all cast and creeds.
To receive and give donations and grants, to hire and fire personnel and to engage in all such activities to promote, strengthen and increase the impact of the trust.
To help, financially, poor and destitute individuals who are physically handicapped, blind, dumb and duffs for their medical treatment and some minor operations etc.
To enhance the concept of community by establishing institutions that operates for the welfare of the public and provides a meeting point for socially useful activities and functions.
To establish, maintain and promote institutions that are centers of spiritual and cultural activities and to do all kinds of work that will propagate the concept.
To raise funds by way of donations from public and seek financial assistance from National and international Government and non-government agencies.
To perform all other necessary functions and program in conformity with the objects of the trust as decided by the Trustees from time to time.
To receive donations, grants, voluntary contributions either in cash or kind for achieving the above objects of the trust.
To donate/assist in the national interest at the time of natural disasters i.e., Earth Quake, Flood Victims etc.
To acquire, own, construct and rent out lands and buildings to carry out the activities of the Trust.
To help, financially, poor and destitute individuals who are in dire need of such assistance.
To establish any funds to further the interests of the trust.
Xito Welfare Trust works under the guidance of scholars who ensure that the charity’s role as a trustee is always fulfilled. Knowing that we are all ultimately accountable to the Almighty, the charity strives to maintain transparency and accountability.
All donated funds are monitored and reviewed by scholars who ensure funds are spent correctly.
The charity also has a full and transparent audit trail from the donor to the beneficiary.
Note: Xito Welfare Trust does not carry out door-to-door collections. The charity advises anyone who receives collectors at their door, claiming to represent this charity, not to give anything and to inform Xito Welfare Trust immediately.
